Types of Personal data we process
Personal Data is information that directly or indirectly identifies you as a natural person. The Personal Data we collect and use (‘process’) falls into two categories:
Device Information:
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. How we use your Personal Data
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimise our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). We use the Order Information to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Order Information is also required for Revenue purposes.We use Contact Information to provide you with information you have requested. We also use your Contact Information to advertise and promote our products, when you have consented for us to do so. If you do consent, you can subsequently withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us or using the ‘unsubscribe’ button on our email. Who we share your Personal Data with
We share your Personal Data with our Data Processors, who assist and support our business, processors such as : Google for products such as Analytics, Gmail and Gdrive to support our business - you can read more about Google https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/. These Data Processors are based in the USA so your data is transferred outside the EEA. These transfers are permitted under GDPR as Google complies with EU-US Privacy Shield. Finally, we may also share your Personal Data with law enforcement agencies if we are legally obliged to do so.
How long we keep your Personal Data
We keep Contact Information for as long as you wish to receive information about the Irish Jewellers and Silversmiths Guild.
Your Data Protection rights

Right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your Personal Data.
Right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
